Privacy Policy
The purpose of this privacy policy (this "Policy") is to provide individuals with a description of the types of personal information we at Admix Pty Ltd, trading as Design Once ("we", "us" or the "Company"), collect about individual persons through our Services (the "Service") and through our websites at designonce.ai, designonce.com and designonce.io, and our application at app.designonce.ai (together, the "Site").
By using any of Design Once's Services, you confirm you have agreed to the Terms of Service and read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1. Personal information we collect
1.1 We collect personal information about you in various ways when you use our Site and Service which includes the following:
(a) Information you provide,
i. When creating an account or requesting and or receiving content or offers specifically your first and last name, email address, company name, job title.
(b) Information we collect,
i. Through use our customer support we collect emails and other communications that you send us to improve your experience when using our web services.
ii. Personal information obtained from Third-Party Sources.
iii. If you sign up for our paid services, we obtain limited information about your payment details from our payment processor. Our current payment processor is Stripe. Stripe uses and processes your complete payment information in accordance with Stripe's privacy policy.
iv. We use a variety of other services which may be hosted by third parties, such as Google Analytics. These services may collect information sent by your browser as part of a web page request, such as cookies or your IP request. For information on how Google Analytics collects and uses your information, please refer to their privacy policies.
2. Design files and other content you upload
2.1 The design files, models, revisions, review comments and related engineering data you upload to the Service ("Your Content") remain yours. Uploading Your Content to the Service does not transfer ownership to us.
2.2 We access Your Content only to run the analysis and review functions you have asked for, to provide support where you have asked us to look at a specific issue, to maintain and secure the Service, and where required by law.
2.3 We do not sell Your Content and we do not disclose it to third parties other than the service providers described in section 4.
2.4 We do not use Your Content to train or improve our machine learning models. If you want us to, you can tell us, and we will only do so from that point forward. This is off unless you turn it on.
3. Use of Personal Information
3.1 In general, the personal information you provide, or we obtain is used in the following ways:
(a) Communicating directly with you including sending emails and responding to inquiries and information requests.
(b) Facilitate the creation of your secure account for our service and identify you as a user in the account management system.
(c) Improving our services by analysing and learning how the sites services are being used to evaluate and improve our products and services. We generally do this by using an aggregated, anonymised, pseudonymized data set.
4. Disclosure of Information
4.1 We disclose your personal information as described below and as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.
4.2 We share some of your personal information with the following third party service providers:
(a) WorkOS, to facilitate account authentication and access management, and
(b) Stripe, to process payments.
4.3 We will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to conform to the edicts of the governing law or comply with legal process served on Design Once or the site.
5. Data Security
5.1 While no service is completely secure, we follow industry standards to keep personal information safe.
5.2 Whilst we maintain technical safeguards that are intended to protect against unauthorised usage or improper usage of the personal information in our possession it is impossible to guarantee 100% security in all situations. If you have any questions about the security of our Site or Services, please contact us at contact@designonce.ai.
5.3 We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and for 6 months after it is closed, except where we are required by law to keep it longer. Billing records are kept for seven years as required by Australian tax law.
5.4 If we become aware of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
6. Governing Law
6.1 This Privacy Policy is governed and construed in accordance with the law in force in Victoria, Australia without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law.
7. Privacy Policy Updates
7.1 We'll update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our technology, business, or law and if we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal data, we may notify you by prominently posting a notice of changes on the site and or by sending you an e-mail to your provided e-mail address before they take effect. If you have a registered account, we will require you to accept the new changes to the Privacy Policy to continue usage of the service.

8.1 If you have any comments regarding this Privacy Policy or if you believe that we have not adhered to this Policy, please contact us at contact@designonce.ai.
8.2 You can ask us to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong or out of date, or delete your account and the personal information associated with it. Contact us at contact@designonce.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
8.3 If you are not satisfied with our response, you can make a complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
